Shipping timeline

When will my order ship?

    Fundraiser runs

    The campaign is open for 7 days. Orders are batched until the campaign ends.

  2. 2

    We hand-pack

    In the 5–7 business days after close, we bake, package, and label every order.

  3. 3

    Shipping confirmation

    You'll get an email with your carrier and tracking number the day your order leaves our Chicago facility.

  4. 4

    Doorstep delivery

    Most orders arrive within 2–4 days of shipping. Treats are packed to arrive fresh.
