Organizer Agreement

The fine print, in plain English.

Every organizer agrees to these terms when applying. Last updated April 2026.

01

7-Day Fundraiser Window

Every Bitoy's fundraiser runs for 7 calendar days, period. No extensions, no early starts, no rollovers. The countdown begins the moment your page goes live and ends automatically — that urgency is what drives results.

02

30% Revenue Share

Your organization earns 30% of product subtotal on every order placed through your fundraiser link. Revenue share is calculated on product revenue only — shipping and taxes are excluded. Payouts arrive via direct deposit within 14 days of your fundraiser ending.

03

Customer Pays Shipping

Supporters pay shipping at checkout. Bitoy's does not subsidize shipping costs and they are not part of your 30% share. Flat-rate and free-shipping thresholds may apply per Bitoy's standard policy.

04

Order Processing: 5–7 Business Days

All orders are handcrafted, packed, and shipped by Bitoy's from Chicago within 57 business days after your fundraiser ends. Organizers do not handle inventory, packing, or fulfillment. We've got it.

05

Bitoy's Owns the Customer Relationship

Every supporter who orders through your fundraiser becomes a Bitoy's customer. Bitoy's owns the customer data, may remarket directly via email, SMS, and ads under our standard privacy policy, and is not in an ongoing commercial relationship with the organizer outside the 7-day window. This is a one-time fundraiser, not a perpetual partnership.

06

One Fundraiser at a Time

An organization may run one active fundraiser at a time. Re-applying for a future fundraiser requires a new application and approval — there is no automatic renewal.

07

Content & Conduct

Organizer-supplied content (story, photos, organization name) must be accurate, non-discriminatory, and represent a legitimate cause. Bitoy's reserves the right to decline or end any fundraiser at our discretion, including for misuse, fraud, or off-brand content.

08

No Refunds to Organizers

Customer refunds, returns, or cancellations reduce the revenue share proportionally. Final payout reflects net product revenue after refunds.

09

Tax Responsibility

Organizations are responsible for any tax reporting on funds received. Bitoy's issues a 1099 to qualifying organizations as required by law.
